Oscars 2015

Nunca hago una entrada sobre los Oscars porque de normal suelo ver la gala y me fijo básicamente en los nominados, las estatuas que se lleva y si logro acertar alguna. La gala en sí raras veces es relevante pero este año se han superado, me ha molestado bastante como la han hecho.

Dejando a un lado su duración (que sigue siendo eterna) este año la presentaba Neil Patrick Harris, un actor que ha demostrado ser muy bueno a la hora de presentar los Tony en varias ocasiones y una los Emmy con ocurrencias y números espectaculares.

El año pasado fue Ellen y a mí personalmente me gusto la originalidad que impuso, lo de traer pizzas para todos, la selfie enviada a Twitter (siendo lo mas retwitteado de la historia) y demás. Pero NPH no hizo prácticamente nada, salir, contar una gracieta y pasar al siguiente Oscar, así toda la noche.

Bueno, miento, en un momento dado salió en calzoncillos rememorando la escena mítica de "Birdman" (2014), que dicho sea de paso podría haberse llevado algún que otro Oscar más, sobre todo Actor Principal (menuda vergüenza). ¿Y por qué no hizo algo semejante con las otras películas? por ejemplo el baile de Groot cuando salió Dwayne Johnson, hubiera sido un descojone, o salir de "Lobby Boy" a lo "The Grand Budapest Hotel" (2014), o de Alan Turing, o de francotirador, o de Stephen Hawking... si es que tenia toda una colección de personajes en la que elegir y se quedo solo con los calzoncillos de Birdman, que encima fue parte de un intento de chiste en un agradecimiento de su director Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu.

Luego esta lo del homenaje póstumo, uno de los momentos mas míticos de la gala, este año han tenido los cojones de quitar el sonido ambiente para que no se oyera como aplauden más a unos que a otros. Y encima nos cuelan gratuitamente un numero soporífero justo después. Ha sido una gran mierda, la excusa esa de que "algunos no se merecen recibir menos aplausos" me parece deleznable, cada uno se ha labrado una carrera y tiene más fama así que se merece más aplausos, lo demás son gilipolleces.

Que algunas películas se lleven más o menos premios no puede molestarme, es lo esperado, que no se lleve alguien que se lo merezca según mi opinión tampoco, es un criterio y como tal hay que respetarlo. Ni tampoco que los discursos se hagan eternos, ni que algún actor de la nota presentando como ha sido el caso de Travolta o Sean Penn, de hecho ese salseo es lo que mola de la gala en realidad. Es que ni cuando se ponen reivindicativos. Todo eso es LO NORMAL.

Pero no darle rienda suelta al presentador para que haga la gala más entretenida tiene tela. Lo único que hizo, que si estaba dentro del guión, fue el numerito del maletín con las predicciones, pero al final era hasta aburrido. Además es curioso que en ciertas cosas parece haberse copiado de Dani Rovira en los Goya.
